Sharon’s career originated in interior architecture, where she worked for 8 years as a designer and ultimately as director of operations for Staffelbach, a leading Dallas interior design firm. With the responsibility of leading marketing campaigns, Sharon drew on her design, writing and photography skills, initiating a creative marketing niche for the firm. Before joining Staffelbach, Sharon managed design and construction projects for Bank One for 11 years.

In 1998, Sharon opened her boutique agency, CityWork, focusing on producing fresh, high quality web and graphic design, writing, and visual imagery for a wide array of clients.  Sharon has frequently collaborated with GonzoMedia in joint ventures as well as with other ad agencies and design firms.  Throughout the years, Sharon has enjoyed repeat client business due to her creativity, attention to detail, and delivering beyond client expectations.  

She is skilled in presenting to clients, project management, and works in a variety of
softwares including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365, Visio, and Project.

Sharon holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at
Arlington together with a minor in Psychology.

CityWork is currently certified as a HUB (Historically Under-utilized Business) and WBE
(Woman-Owned Business Enterprise).
